A photo of NCI from the North

A
picture of the HBS Grounds. This is where the HBS group conducts their
traditional group meetings. The grounds also house sweatlodges where counselors and
the HBS members can sweat. Sweatlodges are usually conducted twice every
week. There is also a small clearing so the relatives can plant corn in
the spring, as well as a spot to set up a teepee for traditional
ceremonies.

sweatlodges located inside the HBS Grounds. These sweatlodges are where
the traditional sweatlodge ceremonies are held. Counselors will conduct
ceremonies with one individual or several individuals simultaneously.
These ceremonies normally last half the day.
