The Payroll Technician manages the entire payroll infrastructure using Sage Software.

	Collects time cards and verify that all paperwork has been submitted correctly for each pay period
	Collects activity reports and makes sure they have been signed by employee and supervisors
	Provides monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to varies persons within NCI and other entities
	Prepares state and Federal taxes
	Prepares 941 reports
	Prepares Worker comp reports
	Prepares 903-A reports
	Prepares unemployment reports
	Makes timely deposits

Along with these duties, the payroll technician provides assistants in many other areas that the supervisor has assigned.
