Management of Information Systems

The M.I.S. Department provides support on all computer related technologies for a staff of about 65 employees working at 2 locations.  Responsibilities include but are  not limited to:

We have just recently upgraded our camera system which allows us to record 24/7.  Video is secure and locked daily.

Our Finance Department currently is using a  Financial software called Sage.  It is being used for all finance transactions.   

We have recently replaced old systems through out NCI which allow us to keep up with technology changes.  

We also inherited the old ANA computer lab that is still being used by our relatives and staff.  Currently the computer lab hours very on a need base only for resumes and job search only.

We also have new policies that have been approved by our Board of Directors.  They outline the usages of NCI's computer equipment and all of the accessories.  These guidelines are set up to maximize any computer's, printers, software, etc. that NCI receives.  

NCI has a door access system that is maintained by M.I.S. daily.  Employees are assigned a key which allows them access different areas of NCI.
