A Bridge to Recovery
Human Resource/Risk Manager - Lynda Yazzie
The HR dept is an integral component of the organization.  This side of the organization speaks to the outside communities  about our organization and some of the different areas we can help the community.

HR Manager is in charge of taking employment applications.  Volunteer or intern applicants  are approved by our Clinical Director.  Volunteers are a very important part of NCI, gain experience in any of our dept's.  As a volunteer or intern expect to help any of our departments.  Community service workers are referrals from the courts and require a court order in order to enroll.  

Anyone wanting to submit a completed package can submit them at NCI to our HR office  located in the main building or submit your application via email:
ncincjobs@yahoo.com .  Please click on the HR picture located to left to go directly to the employment page or use the menu to the left, where an employment application can be download.  The employment application consists of two forms, can be downloaded in adobe pdf.

HR Manager manages risk to keep the cost of insurance down.  HR Manager handles all insurance and legal issues that may arise.  HR communicates with our directors on any risk issues and provides a plan to minimize risk.  If you have any questions for HR/Risk Manager please call ext. 111.
