House Bill 66

Beginning July 1, 2005, everyone picked up for protective custody can be held for three days.

Leaders  from McKinley County worked together to have the Detoxification Reform Act passed.  Representative Patty Lundstrum, Senator Leonard Tsosie, and Senator Lidio Rainaldi provided leadership.  The Navajo Nation sent letters of support to pass the law.
