NCI would like to thank our Board Members for the hard work
they do for our relatives and staff. On behalf of NCI staff, we welcome
you and thank you for tough decision making and all effort towards the stability
of NCI and the relatives. We would also like to thank our past Board
Members that have served with the same dedication. Currently our NCI Board
Members consist of 11 individuals that decide the best future for NCI.
Each member have their own jobs and other occurrences while serving as a board
member. Members are required to promote a philosophy consistent with
meeting the protective custody need of the city of Gallup to the fullest extent
possible.

Board of Directors
Mrs. Patti Herrera is our Board President,
represents the City of Gallup - is the the owner of CNET, local Internet
provider/computer business.
Mr. Anselm Roanhorse is our Vice President,
represents the Navajo Nation - is the Director of the Navajo Division of
Health in Window Rock, AZ.
Mr. Frank Gonzales is our Treasurer,
represents the City of Gallup - He serves our community in several
capacities.
Dr. Robert Currier is our Secretary,
represents the Pueblo of Zuni and is employed with the Zuni Alcohol
Program as Clinical Director.
Mr. Herman Morris is a member, represents
the Navajo Nation - is a Councilman from Tohatchi Chapter of the Navajo
Tribal Council & is on the Committee for Health and Human Services.
Mr. Sampson Cowboy is a member,
represents the Navajo Nation - is employed as the Director of the Navajo
Division of Public Safety in Window Rock, AZ.
Mr. Andre Cordero is a member, represents
the Navajo Nation -
Mr. Carl Fitzpatrick is a member,
represents the City of Gallup - was appointed by McKinley County Board of
Commissioners.
Mr. Steve Starkovich is a member,
represents the City of Gallup - is retired
Mr. Robert Cron is a member, represents
the City of Gallup - is employed as the City Police Chief.
Mr. William Nechero is a member, represents the City
of Gallup - is employed at the Adult Detention Center in Gallup, NM
